Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Shows;
All shows under our Kids Film Fest and Culty Cinema Club 2026 are FINAL purchases and not refundable.
This is not a penalty, but more a control to ensure if you're buying a ticket, you're going to show up. If you are not certain, then allow others to purchase tickets until you are certain.
Many have asked "Why not refund the fees?"...Here's why.
When you buy your ticket, we pay a percentage of that cost in Credit Card Fees. When we refund you, we AGAIN pay a percentage of that cost in Credit Card Fees. So in a way, a refund has DOUBLE fees plus the loss of the purchase. We simply cannot as a small local business absorb fees on a zero dollar purchase...aka pay fees for nothing.
Incorrect Ticket Type Purchased conversion fee
As of March 21, 2026, any customer who purchases the wrong ticket type (eg; an adult puchases a childs ticket, etc) will at the time of ticket check in pay the differential cost per ticket but now will be charged an additional $1 Conversion Fee per ticket. Due to reserved seating, all living persons need a ticket.
Fandango and other 3rd Party Re-Sellers
If tickets were purchased on another website or app, such as Fandango, please contact that website or app directly. The Delta has no control or contact capability with any third party website to act on their customers behalf. But as Fandango charges more than 100% more than the fees charged here, save some money and purchase directly with us! Our ticket fee is just 99 cents and Fandango after almost two years of reqests, has yet to make any changes to their confusing "Reserver A, B" layout so if you want to get the RIGHT seats, purchase directly here.
Non-Refundable Convenience Fees
Purchases via DeltaTheater.com include non-refundable convenience fees. Before purchasing, we urge you to confirm the details of your purchase including the DATE, title, time, location (YES--this is Brentwood, CA, zip code 94513-weve had people in SoCal and Colorado purchase tickets thinking we were local to them) seat numbers (for Reserved Seating Screenings) and quantity of tickets for the movie you wish to see.
Refunds and Exchanges
Event tickets, such as for The Rocky Horror Picture Show are non-refundable. Standard movie tickets, if purchased on our website (DeltaTheater.com) or in person at The Delta, you can receive a Refund until 24 hours prior to the showtime or an exchange until 30 minutes before the showtime can be made in person at The Delta. You must email us at info@deltatheater.com because the outbox that sends your tickets is not a regularly monitored email.
To refund tickets (minus the online fee), the confirmation number and credit card used in the online purchase must be presented in person at The Delta. Funds will be returned to the same payment card used to make the purchase within 3-5 business days, but please again note; the convenience fees for tickets purchased online will not be refunded. Once the showtime for the ticket has passed, tickets are non refundable/exchangeable.
Due to an uptick in fraud and to protect your Credit Card information, refunds will ONLY be sent back to the original card with which the purchase was made.
To exchange tickets, the confirmation number used in the purchase must be presented to allow staff to retrieve your purchase, and then complete an exchange in person at The Delta. Once the showtime for the ticket has passed, tickets are not exchangeable, but may, at the discretion of the Manager on Duty, be exchanged for a restricted Re-Admission pass to use on your next visit to The Delta.
For extenuating circumstances, please consult theatre management or contact us via email at info@DeltaTheater.com
R-Rated Admission Policy
If you purchased tickets online to an R rated feature, and are not attending the movie with someone 21 year of age or older, be prepared to present photo ID when you arrive verifying you are at least 17 years of age or older.
We follow the guidelines of the MPAA, which state that;
-With valid photo ID, persons ages 17-20 may of course purchase their own ticket for themselves and attend the movie. However, persons age 17-20 may not purchase tickets on behalf of anyone else.
-Anyone age 17 or under may attend an R rated film while accompanied to watch the movie by someone age 21 and up. Yes, this means the 21 or older person MUST also watch the movie with those age 17 and below.
-Tickets purchased for R rated features for use by persons age 17 or below who do not have a valid photo ID and/or do not have an accompanying 21 or older guardian will not be refunded.
